Stationary Rotation

This routine series is designed to develop the goaltenders sensitivity to balance, body mechanics in motion and disciplines related to 

inside edge toe work along with visual, catching glove and stick placement disciplines.

The Goalie will discover how little energy is required to create motion and when increasing power elevates understanding, and optimization of athletic balance structures that create efficient coordinated motion. 

This routine series will use higher, central and lower set-crouch levels along with controlled speed and elevated speeds to test balance and technical disciplines.
