  1. Start Your Engines: on instructors common, releasing backward motion on command, let goaltender travel one meter/3 feet, stop and repeat (alternating power leg each release to backward motion).
  2. On releasing motion backward Repeat Left Power Leg Inside Edge Toe Work Twice, Glide  and Transfer to Right Power Leg Inside Toe Work Twice and repeat this sequence. Two left, Glide two Right Inside Edge Toe Work. Goalie should Not be drifting left or right (which would indicate a power discrepancy).
  3. Repeat 1. With no Glide Between Transfer From Left Power Leg to Right Power Leg.
