This routine series is designed to teach how to use a c-cut inside edge toe work technique to generate power while maintaining form and direction in execution. 

This series involves distant chart 

            Left Power Leg Inside Toe Edge 3Move

  1. Starting Position:
  2. Step 1 – Power Position
  3. Step 2 – Execute Energy  (inside edge toe) 
  4. Step 3 – Recover Power Leg – Control Energy and Body Lane 
  5. Step 4 – Mark Distance     Repeat

            Right Power Leg Inside Toe Edge 3Move

  1. Starting Position:

  3. Step 2 – Execute Energy  (inside edge toe)
