Routine 4. Using Left Power leg Inside Edge Toe Work Only in Backward Motion

  1. The goaltender will assume a ready position. Place the puck in front of stick blade about half a puck length from the stick or closer without touching the stick.
  2. Using the command “START YOUR ENGINES“ the goaltender will commence building up snow.
  3. On the instructor’s command the goaltender will release the energy created using Right Power Leg Inside Edge Toe Work and begin backward motion and stop on your command.
  4. The instructor will assess and point out specific focuses for the goaltender, understanding that the goaltender can focus on only one aspect of the execution at a time.
  5. Repeat the process.
